You are reading this because you care about young Jewish men who have lost their way. You understand the sense of helplessness that a teenager may feel when the challenges of Yiddishkeit pile on.
The pressure. The guilt. The loneliness.
You understand that unless someone reaches out a hand to help, these types of children will be lost forever. Some mistakes, after all, can never be undone.
But you can play a special role in illuminating the path back to a life of Torah and mitzvot. Your donation to Yeshivat Rashi gives students a warm home, guidance, patience, and empowerment.
You can bring out the very best of this at-risk demographic.
Think about it:
Shimon, 19, lost faith in his own ability to truly grasp the words of the Gemara. He has closed his sefarmin and never plans to open them again.
Yossi, 18, grew up with divorced parents in a complicated family situation. Often, he spent more time on the streets than in his bedroom. He needs a positive Jewish influence in his life or else he is staring down a dark and dangerous future.
Elhanan, 17, a son of wonderful parents and a privileged family, finds himself full of anger. He is having trouble living up to the pressures of a Torah life. And he is acting out by upsetting his parents however he can.
When you donate to Yeshivat Rashi, you show Shimon, Yossi, and Elhanan that a bright future lies ahead. You tell them that it’s ok - it’s NORMAL - to be frustrated and angry.
You introduce them to educators like Rabbi Milezky, who can help them regain their sense of trust and sense of faith. Slowly and patiently.
Thanks to generous donors like you, the yeshiva has given thousands of young men a home where they can grow. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
But it’s simply not possible without people like you.
Our yeshiva receives hundreds of requests every month. Parents and educators begging us to accept their child under our protection.
Unfortunately, the resources at our disposal are limited, and we are forced to turn too many children away.
We are devastated each time we turn a student away due to financial constraints. Well, today you can alleviate the financial burden of educating another student.
For one day only, we are embarking on a special fundraising campaign to raise NIS 5,000,000 to grow Yeshivat Rashi.
Your gift is your demonstration that you will never give up on these young men.
Please take advantage of this incredible opportunity to make your impact.
Their future is in your hands.
